The strategy of exercise “while I’m waiting for stuff anyway” instead of “while I could be doing other stuff” seems to be working out. I’ve added 30 each front and back wrist rolls, 30 of what amounts to a forearm curl variation, increased the inward-outward blocks from 30 to 50 reps, and added 50 upward blocks. Still doing 50 reps each hand on the karate punches, but I’m doing them full-speed now that my shoulders have loosened up a bit. Some days I’m getting a complete second set in, but mostly still doing one set per day.
